Each daughter cell will have to undergo through the same mitotic process as the mother cell.
Thus each daughter cell will go through the two main stages of mitosis:
1. interphase - where the cell grows and makes copies its DNA
2. mitotic (M) phase - the cell separates its DNA into two sets and divides it cytoplasm eaqualy, thus forming two new cells.
In the end from two daugther cells, will result four new skin cells. If necessary this division process will go on, each time the number of daughter cells being double that of the parent cells.
