This is just want I think, so we have 12 feet and 9 feet that form this. We have no other given numbers and on the bottom it says "Figure not on scale" so we don't actually have to worry about that. What i'm thinking is that all you have to do is add 12 + 9. Not sure if i'm actually right so sorry. ^^
