Texas licensing laws are designed for novice drivers to gain driving experience incrementally, or in stages.
According to the law, the novice drivers are issued a learner's license can drive anywhere but they should have a proper person with them who has the license and is more than 21 years old. In addition, they need to drive at least 30 hours and out of which, 10 hours drive should be at night.
