Why did the so-called “Intolerable Acts” upset so many colonists?

They saw the acts as a threat to the natural rights of all colonists.
They thought only people in Massachusetts should be punished.
They believed the acts should apply equally to all the British colonies.
They said it was unfair that only one colony was granted special rights.
