Weigh the pros & cons!
Your friend Max is really into wrestling. He wants to be as good as his dad was in high school and is willing to do whatever it takes to be the best. His coach tells him he would be great if he dropped a weight class. He does, and realizes that this weight class is much easier for him and decides to drop another, only it’s much harder to do this time. He drinks a few monsters before exercising for a couple hours to give him a little more energy. Max thinks that by skipping meals and just eating veggie sticks for dinner, he could lose the additional weight. You hear about this happening. What do you do?
