Okie, I don't know what you want to "solve" for but I can help you find the percent of 24 in which is 18. So basically, you want to take the number that the question number (i dont know if that made sense) which is 18 essentially. And you divide it from the number that it is out of which is 24. Then multiply it by 100 to find the percent from the decimal.
18 / 24 = .75 x 100 = 75 %
So, 18 is 75% of 24.
