There are 9 values.
99 ÷ 9 = 11

2. 6 + 7 + 8 + 8 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 10 + 10 + 11 + 12 = 99
There are 11 values.
99 ÷ 11 = 9
The mean is 9 lbs.
3. Housecats > Small dogs
The range is the difference between the smallest and highest numbers in a list or set. To find the range, first put all the numbers in order. Then subtract (take away) the lowest number from the highest.
4. 13 - 9 = 4
The range is 4.
5. 12 - 6 = 6
The range is 6.
