WE KNOW:

blue:red  is  4:3

Honestly we could work with the double but it doesnt affect the ratio of b:r
This relationship is linear so keep that in mind.
so if we make x be the number of iterations

8x = 6x - 15

x = -15
We know that we cant have negative iterations so this is just 15

so 3x15 is  45
