store G : 20 - 0.10(20) = 20 - 2 = 18...so it would cost $ 18 at store G
store H : 18.50 - 6 = 12.50...but u have the postage...not to mention it can take 6 to 8 weeks to get ur mail in rebate.
So I believe store G is a better deal . Because u would only be saving LESS then 5.50 (taking into account the postage)...plus the wait for the mail in rebate
