The distribution of compounded preparations, for office use by a practitioner, shall not exceed:

A) 5% of production of compounded preparation in a calendar year by that pharmacy.
B) 10% of production of compounded preparation in a calendar year by that pharmacy.
C) 15% of production of compounded preparation in a calendar year by that pharmacy.
D) 20% of production of compounded preparation in a calendar year by that pharmacy.
