We know it is not isosceles, since it has three different legs.

But we can also check if it is a rigt triangle. Those legs should soddisfy the Pythagorean Triple.

a^2+b^2 = c^2 (a and b are the legs and c the hypothenuse, longest side).

So, plug in the values.

15^2+20^2 = 25^2

225+400 = 625

625 = 625

We found out that it is a right triangle.

We know that a right triangle is half a square [see, the hypothenuse is the diagonal of the half square :)].

Then, we should apply the square area formula but divided by two.
