एउटा विद्यालयको गेटमा उत्रै र उस्तै बेलनाकार र उही व्यासधं भएको अर्ध-गोलासहितका दुईओटा पिलरहरू छन्।
प्रत्येक पिलरको जम्मा उचाई 8 फिट र बेलनाकार भागको उचाई 6.6 फिट छ ।
At the gate of a school, there are two identical cylindrical pillars with a hemispherical end of
same radius on the top of each pillar. The total height of each pillar is 8 feet and the height of the
cylindrical part is 6.6 feet..
(a) वेलनाको वक्र सतह पत्ता लगाउने सूत्र लेख्नुहोस् ।
Write the formula to find out the curved surface area of cylinder.
(b) प्रत्येक पिलरहरूमा रङ लगाउन मिलने सतहको क्षेत्रफल हिसाब गरी पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Calculate the surface area that can be painted on the pillars.
