The Client condition might have a decrease in cones or Color blindness. Color blindness is a genetic condition caused by a difference in how one or more of the light-sensitive cells found in the retina of the eye respond to certain colors. There are two types of a light –sensitive retina of the eyes this cells are called rods and cones. These is a sensetive wavelengths of light, and enable the retina to determine between colors.
