Norms
are the standards by which people who share culture, define what is desirable,
good, and beautiful. These are the values, customs and traditions of certain
area and this is where the people get their basic moral conduct of what is the
right thing or wrong thing to do. Thus, this is a collective, indirect values
agreed by one people to another in a certain group in order to be accepted
within the group. This is their contract as they live with each other.
